Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
What phone systems do you support?
RingerIQ currently supports 3CX phone systems. We connect to your existing 3CX setup via webhooks and call recording sync — no hardware changes required.

How does AI transcription work?
Call recordings are processed through our speech-to-text pipeline and then analyzed by AI for sentiment, call type classification, summaries, and coaching notes. Everything happens automatically after each call.
